**My Journey:**

My life has been a complex tapestry of challenges and transformations. At 16, I experienced a traumatic event that shaped much of my early adulthood. I became both disconnected from and obsessed with intimacy, leading me down paths where I sought control through sexual encounters but avoided emotional attachment.

This pattern persisted until I entered a marriage at 23, which initially seemed to offer stability but was fraught with its own issues. Choosing family over personal comfort, I ventured into an open relationship to preserve my marriage, which inadvertently led me into the adult entertainment industry. Here, I found a semblance of control but at the cost of my true self, exacerbated by years on medication for social anxiety and depression.

A severe car accident in 2014 was my wake-up call. The physical pain and subsequent surgeries were a catalyst for healing not just my body but my mind and spirit. I embarked on a healing journey, leaving behind a 24-year marriage that had become toxic, acknowledging my role in patterns of abuse, and beginning to heal from deep-seated trauma.

**Healing and Growth:**

My path to recovery involved diving into self-healing practices, spirituality, and holistic therapies. I studied energy healing, sound therapy, and trauma-informed practices like yoga and dance therapy, which helped me reconnect with my authentic self. This journey was about learning to trust my intuition, understanding my energy, and finally, embracing my life's purpose.

**Professional Path:**

After healing, I felt compelled to help others navigate their own complex paths. With a background in psychology and sociology, my initial career in education transitioned into sex education, and then into coaching. My certifications from The Dharma Coaching Institute in Soul Purpose and Spiritual Life Coaching allow me to guide others towards discovering their true selves and living their dharma.

My unique experiences in alternative lifestyle communities and the adult industry have provided me with insights that I share through various platforms, helping individuals to understand and navigate their personal relationships and inner worlds.
